By accessing or using Signal (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
Signal is a distribution intelligence tool that scans publicly available discussions to surface high-intent conversations. The Service provides intent scoring, pain density mapping, and contextual draft replies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use Signal for spamming, harassment, or any activity that violates the terms of the platforms we scan (Reddit, Hacker News, etc.). Generated reply drafts are suggestions only — you are solely responsible for the content you post.
All content, features, and functionality of Signal are owned by Signal and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
Signal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
